You’ll be taking on a high-performing team of 3 consultants , currently billing £55k W with a 5k runner book, and inheriting a desk that has historically grown 4 recruiters to 0k WGP .
Location – Based in St Paul’s, London
Our HQ offers stunning views of St Paul’s Cathedral and sits in one of London’s busiest hubs, surrounded by top restaurants, bars, shops, and fitness studios. It’s also home to many of our million-pound billers, homegrown leaders, and even C-suite executives — a truly aspirational environment where careers and success stories are made.
Key Responsibilities
As Team Lead / Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Client Engagement: Leading job briefings and advising clients on technical requirements, projects, and candidate profiles.
- Team Development: Hiring, training, and mentoring recruiters to deliver on candidate sourcing, screening, and assessments.
- Process Leadership: Acting as the key point of contact for hiring processes, ensuring an excellent experience for both clients and candidates.
- Closing & Negotiation: Supporting and leading negotiations to secure placements, drive team revenue, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Business Development: Growing client accounts, opening new specialist markets, and steering team activity to focus on high-value opportunities.
- You’ll need to balance hands-on recruitment delivery with leadership and coaching , creating a high-performing, collaborative environment.

- Loves meeting clients and candidates face-to-face (essential)
- Proven success building and running a self-sustaining recruitment desk in Technology
- Strong background in agency recruitment and sales
- Desire to work in-office at our London HQ
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to create and seize new opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
