Your Impact
System & Agent Integration Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure integration patterns that connect Agentforce to a wide range of enterprise applications and enable communication between different AI agents.
Multi-Agent Orchestration: Design and manage a Model Context Protocol (MCP) to orchestrate, monitor, and govern a fleet of specialized AI agents. Ensure efficient task allocation and collaboration between agents.
Agent-to-Agent Communication (A2A): Develop and implement protocols and standards for inter-agent communication, enabling different AI agents to collaborate, share information, and hand off tasks effectively.
API Development and Management: Develop, deploy, and maintain custom APIs (REST, SOAP) to facilitate seamless data exchange and action execution between Agentforce and other systems.
Workflow Automation: Collaborate with business analysts and AI specialists to translate complex business processes into automated, agent-driven workflows. Implement the technical logic that enables agents to perform tasks like creating records, triggering notifications, and updating systems.
Authentication and Security: Implement and manage secure authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML) to ensure that all agent actions are secure and comply with enterprise security policies.
Data Flow and Transformation: Manage the real-time flow of data to and from the AI agent. Implement necessary data transformations to ensure compatibility between different system formats and schemas.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor the health and performance of integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Continuously optimize integration workflows for speed, reliability, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical integration role, such as an Integration Developer or API Specialist.
Expertise in API design and development (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
Proficiency with one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Hands-on experience with an enterprise integration platform (iPaaS) such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or a similar technology.
Strong understanding of authentication/authorization standards like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
Experience with data formats like JSON and XML and data transformation techniques.
Familiarity with message queues, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems concepts.
A solid understanding of how AI agents operate, with a conceptual grasp of multi-agent systems and how they use data to trigger actions. Direct experience working on AI or automation projects is a significant plus.

Work closely with both the IT, Integration Team and users of the business. The Integration Systems Specialist will have responsibility improving the following areas of the business in relation to systems and usage, with a focus on CASH4Windows system, but not limited to it.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations across their SAP landscape. Your main activities will include iFlow development in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect with both OData and SOAP services. You'll also play a key role in end-to-end troubleshooting to ensure seamless data flow.
