Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their growing creative and digital team in Southampton, Hampshire, UK . This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, blending the benefits of collaborative office work with the flexibility of remote days. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our client's digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces. This involves conducting user research, creating wireframes, designing prototypes, and developing high-fidelity mockups. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless and effective digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of interaction design. Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the design process from user research and concept development to final UI implementation.
  • Creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Designing high-fidelity mockups and visual assets with a strong emphasis on aesthetics and usability.
  • Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Collaborating with product managers and development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
