A prestigious and expanding boutique hotel group is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Revenue Management to oversee pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across their portfolio. This key leadership role will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability through dynamic pricing, forecasting, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This position offers a hybrid working model, combining essential on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and overall revenue for the hotel group.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
- Set and manage optimal pricing and inventory controls across all distribution channels (OTA, direct bookings, GDS).
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of the Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS).
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and hotel teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the annual revenue budget for the group.
- Train and mentor hotel-level Revenue Managers and other relevant staff.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in revenue management and hospitality.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in revenue management, with a significant portion within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-property or group setting.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue management strategies that have led to measurable improvements in RevPAR and profitability.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with RMS/PMS systems (e.g., Opera, IDeaS, Duetto).
- Excellent understanding of distribution channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), and yield management principles.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Familiarity with luxury or boutique hotel market segments is advantageous.
