  • Manage complex employee relations issues, providing constructive solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant focus on talent management and business partnering.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing talent strategies.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices in the UK.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and office-based duties.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
  • Adept at data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
