I am searching for a Global Sales Manager for my client, a leading technology company focused on delivering cybersecurity solutions to the maritime industry.
This role is responsible for driving international sales growth, building trusted relationships across the global shipping ecosystem, and ensuring organisations meet the latest regulatory requirements, including IACS UR E26 and E27. It is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape the future of vessel cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies for cybersecurity solutions aligned with IACS UR E26 and E27 regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with shipowners, classification societies, and regulatory bodies
- Deliver product presentations and solution demonstrations to senior stakeholders
- Drive the acquisition of major new accounts and manage a healthy global pipeline
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Travel globally (30–50%) to meet clients, prospects, and attend key industry events
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales experience in maritime, vessel, cybersecurity, or technology industries
- Proven success selling cybersecurity solutions or vessel-related technologies
- Strong knowledge of IACS UR E26 and E27 regulations
- Familiarity with IT/OT systems and shipboard cybersecurity requirements
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

- Established network within the global vessel industry
