About The Role
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty are looking to recruit a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor who is a specialist in sourcing top talent. As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent as well as supporting recruitment projects in collaboration with the wider Talent Acquisition team. 
The main responsibilities of this position include, sourcing, conducting interviews, managing the applicant tracking system (Workable), building comprehensive stakeholder relationships, attracting talented candidates via direct souring methods, and hiring the right talent for Charlotte Tilbury
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will
- Support the team to recruit exceptional talent, across a variety of departments, across Head office and Travel Retail.
- Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure recruitment and selection needs are met.
- Utilising market knowledge to maximise on internal candidate referrals, applicable social media platforms, online CV searches and headhunting
- Get creative and think limitless Source candidates using both traditional and innovative approaches, to find the very best talent
- Build effective pipelines for hard to recruit roles and build a pool of candidates to draw from for other needs in the future as required
- Source and recruit junior to Manager level roles
- Foresee and flag any risks to recruitment timelines, recommending corrective action/options and partnering with People Partners and Retail Operations
- Achieve and exceed recruitment KPI's as defined
- Lead the recruitment process within your remit, and drive/support the Hiring Managers within your area to recruit effectively.
- Keep track of daily/weekly retail stats & consistently meet the weekly reporting deadlines.
- Offer administrative support to the Recruitment and People team
- Work collaboratively with the wider Talent Team to provide support when needed.
Who You Will Work With
- You will report directly into our Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, working with a collaborative, fun and talented Talent Acquisition team
- You will work closely with the wider People Team, including People Partners and People Operations Team
- You will work cross functionally across the business, including Travel Retail, Middle East and across some of our EU and UK Magic Office Functions.
About You
- Ideally, you have built experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a Talent Acquisition Advisor role, within Beauty or Fashion. You have a natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry Bonus points for experience in hiring across a Travel Retail Function
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner, creative and solution oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
- You have the confidence to work well on your own as well as part of a team, you are a huge collaborator
- Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge
- An excellent communicator, you build great stakeholder relationships and able to lead cross functional groups.
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
- You are proficient across MS Office and experience with Excel is highly beneficial.
- Please note, this is a hybrid role and need to be able to travel to our London head office (located centrally) x2 days per week

The Role
