Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, providing clear direction and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods, minimising errors and discrepancies.
- Oversee inventory control, conducting regular stock checks and implementing procedures to maintain stock accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
