Location: Remote or office based (Manchester or London), with regular travel to visit staff in offices as well as premises and events across the UK.
The SIA exists to protect the public through effective regulation of the private security industry. We are a high performing regulator, working collaboratively with industry, enforcement agencies, Government, and the devolved administrations in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
You will join us at a time of change and increased public interest in us and our work. In this new role you will be responsible for the set-up, mobilisation and iterative development of inspections and enforcement capability for Martyn’s Law, establishing operational strategies, systems and teams in readiness for go-live in Spring 2027.
