This client is looking to hire a lawyer on an interim basis initially for 6 months (but this may well be rolled on) to join their EMEA Legal team based out of London.
What will the role involve?
- Support the review and negotiation of agreements and legal documents with clients (e.g. investment management agreements (IMAs)) and business partners (e.g. distribution agreements);
- Advise on licensing and client regulatory issues across EMEA jurisdictions in coordination with Compliance;

- Work closely with other members of the Global Legal team and with Compliance, Business, and Operations teams.
What skill-sets are we looking for?
- A qualified lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE ;
