- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in investment management, portfolio strategy, or asset allocation, preferably within investment banking or asset management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful investment strategies for institutional clients.
- Deep understanding of global financial markets, macroeconomic principles, and various asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and portfolio management software.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
The Acquisition and Customer Marketing team within ICS CoE drives acquisition success across 23 international markets. As an Analyst in the ICS Acquisition Investment Strategy team, you will play a critical role in supporting the optimisation of acquisition investments, driving performance insights, and enabling data-driven decisions that contribute to ICS growth.
The role of Analyst - ICS Acquisition Investment Strategy will report into Director - ICS Investment Optimization Strategy. This role will be responsible for overseeing and re-imagining our acquisition investment engine, optimizing for efficiency and ROI. The scope of this role includes supporting on defining a strategy and roadmap to enhance our Investment Optimization (I/O) ecosystem in close partnership with Finance, Risk, Analytics and our Market partners. In addition, this person will lead performance insights for regular leadership updates and have a pulse on the latest acquisition performance trends, performance drivers and big bets.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with acquisition, finance, and analytics teams to monitor performance across markets, channels, and products, surfacing growth opportunities and strategic trade-offs.
+ Lead the development of performance dashboards and insights for senior leadership during Investment Optimisation (IO) planning cycles.
+ Evaluate ongoing investment performance, generating actionable insights and challenging the status quo to improve ROI.
+ Synthesise market-level insights to contribute to investment strategy roadmaps and identify unfunded opportunities with high ROI potential.
+ Facilitate communication flows between market acquisition teams and central stakeholders to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
+ Prepare executive-level materials for strategic reviews, including fact packs and BUR materials.
+ Continuously enhance reporting tools in collaboration with the analytics CoE to support data-driven decision-making.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
