Key Responsibilities

Debt Strategy & Financial Planning

Lead the translation of financial debt plans into real-world execution strategies across the organization.Work closely with finance and credit risk teams to align debt performance goals with broader business objectives.Identify best practices for energy debt models, provision planning, and forecasting to enhance performance.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Develop high-level KPI reporting frameworks to track debt performance and risk exposure .Prepare executive and board-level reports , providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.Ensure the debt function has clear, actionable performance metrics to meet operational targets.

Data-Driven Optimization & Credit Risk Modelling

External Data & Credit Bureau Management

The Candidate


7 years experience within Client Services Operations within Wealth Management or Financial Planning sector.


Team management / Leadership experience is absolutely essential for this role - having either managed a Client Services, Investment Administration or Paraplanning team (or similar).

A good understanding of the Consumer Duty regulation. The ability to understand and oversee relevant FCA requirements.


Ability to operate at a senior level and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure to ensure procedures, and guidelines continue to meet appropriate industry standards


Able to manage and lead effectively with colleagues at all levels with a growth mindset.
