We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a student to join our Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Feasibility & Investment team on a 12-month placement. This is a very diverse function, where numerous hotel disciplines come into play at the heart of one of the fastest growing global hospitality companies.

**The Opportunity**

Within the Feasibility & Investment Analysis team, you directly report to the Director Feasibility & Investment Analysis, EMEA. This international team is made of highly motivated professionals coming from varied backgrounds combined with direct access to a great deal of data, knowledge and internal expertise.

The Feasibility department has a variety of missions and projects, covering a wide spectrum of industry leading brands from premium economy to high-end luxury, across the whole of EMEA. This roleu2019s core responsibility is to perform a range of support tasks for the feasibility team including desktop research, due diligence, market and financial analysis and preparation of hotel projections and valuations primarily aimed at the Development, Real Estate, Finance, and Executive Management functions.

You will be an integral part of the team and will play an active role in our continued success. Some of the more specific responsibilities you will be taking on are detailed as follows:
Conduct market research & support team members on projects. Prepare hotel projections and valuations aimed at the Development, Real Estate, Finance & Executive Management functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a growing, high-performing finance function during a period of rapid expansion. You’ll take ownership of group consolidation models and provide insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

You will also have exposure to M&A activity, supporting post-acquisition integration and assessing impacts on key financial ratios. This is a high-profile role offering visibility across the business and the chance to make a real impact.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and develop the Group Consolidation Model.
  • Deliver long-term forecasts, banking reports, and Board-level analysis.
  • Maintain customer cube data and support Power BI reporting.
  • Produce Monthly Business Review Packs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support WIP, order book, cashflow, and profitability reporting.
  • Contribute to working capital and productivity analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

  • Advanced Excel skills; consolidation tools and Power BI experience a plus.
  • Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
  • Experience in group-level, multi-entity reporting.
  • Understanding of M&A financial modelling.

LOCATION

This is a hybrid working role based in Crawley - Commutable from nearby locations such as Gatwick, Brighton and Horsham.

Excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst/Financial controller to join a rapidly growing business in West London, where you will play a key role from day one within the key data and financial elements of the business.

This company deals with a high volume of PPI and compensation claims, being able to provide results for clients that most claims companies struggle to achieve. They are a very exciting, dynamic and growing business and now require a Financial Analyst with management accounting experience to help them achieve their desired results and expansion plans.

In this role, you will be working with the CEO using your data knowledge to provide presentations, work with cash flows, data modelling and provide feedback on where the company can improve their efficiencies. You will use tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel and need to understand and provide support with the key company accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a strong and experienced Financial Analyst/Controller with excellent data analysis skills and a degree in a relevant field.
