You'll be joining a dynamic team of around 100 professionals in their London office. We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulously organised individual to support their investor relations team as a coordinator.
THE ROLE:
This coordinator position will sit within their IR team, and your duties will include:
- Planning and coordinating roadshow.
- Reaching out to and liaising with investors.
- Extensive diary management.
- Booking extensive travel, scheduling investor meetings, preparing highly detailed itineraries, and creating comprehensive meeting prep.
- Track investor interactions and meetings on CRM.
- Organising investor-related events – bi-annual investor calls, networking dinners AGM.
- Researching and creating comprehensive backgrounds and meeting prep materials.
- Tracking and distributing PE news.
- Point of contact throughout each roadshow.
- Creating marketing materials and pitch books.
The team is looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Prior experience in roadshow coordination within private equity, a placement agent or similar is preferred. Your ability to work proactively, think strategically and use your common sense is key to this role!
