About the Role:
Working closely with senior management, the BISO will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing enterprise-wide technical information security initiatives . This includes, but is not limited to, strategies in support of all security policies, use of appropriate security tools and of all product development and Solution Platforms .
The BISO must be capable of working closely with senior management, third parties, project managers and business subject matter experts (SMEs). Additionally, the BISO must be personable , and an effective communicator with the ability to transla te cybersecurity risk into enterprise risk dialogue. The BISO must have a strong technical pedigree a nd able to understand existing and new technologies , ensur ing they meet stringent security requirements .
Key Responsibilities: ?
+ Provide a critical liaison role between the business unit and the security programme, significantly enhancing the level of collaboration, effective communications and alignment of goals, strategies and plans. Foster strong relationships with business unit leadership, squads, and BU teams.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor with business unit leadership , fosteringstrong relationships with each respective squads and BU teams
+ Remove ambiguity, lower complexity and manage obstacles that hinder efficiency and effectiveness of security controls
Support the CISO, Security management team, and Executive Leadership.
+ Build relevant relationships with business units and tech squads to deliver security-by-design controls incorporated into projects, architecture, infrastructure and applications . Lead the implementation of security solutions, tools, and monitoring to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
+ Openly support the CISO , S ecurity management team and Executive Leadership, even during tumultuous times and upon challenging occasions.
+ Act as an ambassador for security-wide workstreams, including GRC, security awareness, Incident Response and others, deep into the organization, aligning business units with enterprise-wide security programme.
+ S ignificantly contribute to the adoption and lead implementation of security solutions, tools and monitoring to mitigate cybersecurity risks, and maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of BU's information systems and data

+ Ability to collaborate with multiple technical functions in security, infrastructure, technical operations, training, software engineering, and customer support.
+ Strong awareness of cloud and network infrastructure security best practices.
+ Comprehensive understanding of security controls for end-user devices and Microsoft 365 security implementations.
+ Knowledge of key DevOps principles and practices.
+ Strong communication and Time management skills.
+ Organizationally savvy and Strong problem solving skills
+ Strong understanding of compliance and governance initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Identifies, analyzes, and resolves network incidents and problems.
+ Provides network/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance.
+ Determines network specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.

+ Analyzes, administers, and maintains voice, video, and/or data communications networks.

Required Qualifications:

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $105,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.

. Interface with system managers and risk owners to gather input and test draft processes

. Help refine or select appropriate risk registers or assurance tooling in collaboration with internal teams
Knowledge and Experience
. Strong understanding of cyber security risk principles and how they apply in complex organisational settings
. Working knowledge of at least one major framework (eg, CAF, NIST RMF, ISO 27001), and ability to relate these to real-world systems
. Demonstrable ability to communicate technical risk in a way that is accessible to senior stakeholders and non-specialist risk owners
. Experience supporting development of cyber security processes or frameworks
. Exposure to regulated industries, critical infrastructure, or operational technology (OT) environments is desirable
. Experience working collaboratively with external service providers and internal governance teams
Essential Skills
. Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert in cyber security risk or assurance
. Practical experience conducting or contributing to cyber risk assessments
. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing briefing materials or board-level summaries
. Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources into clear and structured risk insights

In this role you will play a vital part in supporting their future strategy. Working as the senior expert in the Cyber Security team, the Senior Information Security Analyst is a critical resource responsible for improving the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the ICT systems of the Company and its Clients. With responsibility for developing and maintaining the Cyber Security roadmap and positioning the Company and the Clients in a way to reduce the threat from an ever increasing threat landscape, this role is essential in the effective delivery of a high performing service improving the experience of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Cyber Security roadmap for the company and their clients.
- Investigate priority threats and potential Cyber incidents.
- Coordination of security audits.
- Review and recommendation of security assessment tools
- Management of security with regards to new systems acquisition.
- Deliver in person Cyber Security training programmes.

- Active Directory and Virtualisation experience.

The Package:
If successful our client is offering a salary between 40,000 - 42,000 per annum, favourable holiday allowance.
