Associate Director- Technology Consulting Food & Drink
Campden BRI support food & drink manufacturers and retailers with all of their training, technical advice and consultancy needs. You will work with our brilliant & UK leading technical experts across Product Innovation, Process Innovation, Training, Sensory & Consumer Science, Global Food Safety & Regulatory to ensure an excellent consulting service to our clients that adds value to the food and drink supply chain.
You'll sit as part of our leadership team to work closely with all business units to deliver a great client experience and retain clients by growing our relationships and supporting their aims. Delivering a service that is sustainably profitable for Campden BRI overall.

Requirements

+ Knowledge of programming language skills e.g., Python, Bash, Go, Powershell. will be an advantage

As a result, they are seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to join the team, a very experienced management consultant with significant strategy, change and transformation expertise to work closely with the existing leadership team on this journey.
This hybrid role will work across delivery and leading client consulting engagements, as well as revenue growth and business development, operational management and proposition development. The role includes:
- Leading a portfolio of assignments and client projects, with end to end delivery, across strategy development and transformation delivery including managing consulting staff and key stakeholders
- Sales and revenue development: developing and growing existing clients and winning new business
- Develop the consulting capability and propositions, thought leadership and people
- Support the business across all aspects of business leadership and revenue growth
You:
- A senior management consultant with recent employment in the UK as an experienced Senior Manager or equivalent with highly regarded, established consulting firm
- Broad experience, with established capability and credibility at CxO stakeholder level, across strategy, business case development, Target Operating Model, Cost optimisation, business growth and transformation
- Also experience in one or more of: procurement/sourcing; shared services/GBS/BPO; organisational design/Target Operating Model; B2B customer growth & customer service; PMO/Programme Management; CIO advisory (inc sourcing and vendor strategy)
- Ideally recent consulting experience in one or more of life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical devices), manufacturing or consumer goods
- Proven experience in sales and growing client accounts
