Job Responsibilities:

  1. Self-pickup Point Operation and Cost Control Responsible for the layout and site selection of self-pickup points; coordinate with warehousing and distribution teams to ensure timely goods delivery. Manage inventory at self-pickup points, monitor data throughout the entire self-pickup process, conduct regular reviews and optimize operational plans. Reduce costs in the process by optimizing resource allocation and establish standardized self-pickup business procedures.
  2. Customer Service and Experience Optimization Liaise with the customer service team to collect user feedback, formulate rectification measures, promote upgrades to self-pickup services, and track the closure of issues. Effectively control the user complaint rate and improve user satisfaction with self-pickup services.
  3. Team Development and Management Lead the self-pickup business team, clarify job responsibilities such as the number of self-pickup points to be expanded, order fulfillment rate, and cost control targets. Organize regular team training to enhance team execution.
  4. Promoting System Innovation Collaborate with the technical team to propose optimization requirements for the self-pickup business system, such as efficiency of self-pickup code verification, real-time inventory synchronization, and user arrival reminders, and promote the implementation of digital tools. Job Requirements:

Vice President, Network Operations
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused plus operationally-minded Vice President of Network Operations to lead a globally distributed team across multiple time zones and functions. This role is central to ensuring the seamless delivery, configuration, and performance of our Cross-Border payment products. You will oversee key operational pillars, including real-time monitoring of transaction flows, maintaining uninterrupted connectivity with payout partners, and ensuring our payout capabilities are accurately captured and distributed to our commercial clients.
In addition, the role requires cross-functional alignment across multiple teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' service-level expectations. We operate in a complex, fast-paced environment and are looking for a leader who thrives in that space.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead Global Product Operations Strategy: Define and execute a cohesive strategy that supports product development across all modes of payment-including bank deposit, mobile wallet, and cash pickup-for all entity types (P2X, B2X, and G2X) across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
-Oversee Transmission Operations: Manage a 24x7 global team responsible for real-time monitoring of payment transmissions, incident detection, and stakeholder alerting. Ensure timely communication of RSP issues and SLA breaches, and lead coordination of advisories and root cause analysis.
-Manage Catalogue & Data Integrity Functions: Supervise catalogues maintenance including but not limited to RSP codes, CPU locations, bank swift codes and data fields. Ensure accurate and timely updates to geographies, pricing, and directory data to support network health and compliance.
-Lead L2 NetOps Team: Oversee technical and operational support for escalated payout partner issues. Guide the team in system health monitoring, incident response, automation of processes, and continuous service improvement. Ensure global guard duty coverage and reporting.
-Drive Product Configuration & Testing: Ensure robust configuration of our services in Mastercard's platforms, UAT execution, and integration testing for new RSPs and corridors. Oversee layout management, mandatory field compliance, and onboarding readiness.
-Govern the Technical Endpoint Guide (TEG): Lead the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of TEGs, which define corridor-level field requirements for all payout partners while aligning with platform configurations and adherence to mandatory field standards.
-Lead RSP Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure comprehensive test coverage including transaction cancellation, amendment, retransmission, mandatory field validation, and SLA compliance. Ensure test results are documented, tracked, and communicated to onboarding teams.

Qualifications

Join our dynamic System Control Team at NGN’s Energy Management Centre (EMC), a 24/7 hub responsible for demand balancing and the safe, efficient transportation of gases from the various entry points onto the NGN networks, to the consumer.  As a Gas Network Operations Engineer Trainee , you’ll play a vital role in maintaining system balance, managing remote assets, and ensuring network resilience. Being a 24/7 operation, please be advised that you will be working a shift pattern.

As a Gas Network Operations Engineer Trainee you will develop detailed knowledge of all NGN gas systems, our characteristics, behaviours, and how to develop the regular forecasts and balancing strategies necessary to maintain supply, and to publish this information to National Gas.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies that ensure system balance and gain sign off from the shift lead prior to publication
  • li>Manage the remote plant and equipment associated with the daily balancing of the network, including offtakes, storage sites, valves and regulators to ensure that network capacity requirements are met li>Handle alarms generated by the network, analysing such in conjunction with the shift lead to raise faults and ensure an appropriate response is secured, based on the defined alarm response and assessment of prevailing conditions
  • Manage the daily maintenance activity on the network both for planned and unplanned maintenance as well as non-routine activities to ensure that network capacity and resilience requirements are met
  • Support the department during Network Gas Supply Emergencies or equivalent exercises to meet NGN statutory obligations
  • li>Provide cover arrangements for the 24/7 function and additionally provide cover for the other functions working weekdays within the EMC

    li>Degree-level education or equivalent within a technical discipline li>Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and experience of successful project planning and co-ordination on a range of work types

+ You will work with our clients in the highways domain to support the delivery of projects with a specific focus on network operations including asset maintenance ensuring that the operational and safety aspects of schemes are fully considered and appropriately assessed.
+ You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams providing subject matter expert insight to maintenance procedures, policy and road schemes etc.
+ You will work across all aspects of projects providing your insight and expertise in areas such as safety risk assessment, project appraisal, business cases, transport operations, customer impact, feasibility studies, traffic and safety analysis and stakeholder management.
+ You will work under your own initiative to develop and lead technical packages of work in terms of time, cost and quality of the output, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
+ You will support the development and deployment of junior team members through project commissions.
+ You will support the Capability Lead with the development of client proposals and managing a pipeline of future opportunities.
**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**
+ Experience in delivering expert advice in the field of highway asset management services and/or associated policies, processes and standards.
+ Applied expertise at Chartered level, however, if you are currently on a route to professional registration, then you will be fully supported through the provision of a mentor and Professional Registration Advisors to take you through the registration process and achieve Chartered status.
+ A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. civil engineering, transport studies, geography, psychology, liberal arts) or are a technician with BTEC, HNC/HND and an appropriate level of experience.
+ An understanding of current highway standards applicable to the field
+ A proven track record in a consultancy role or can demonstrate the aptitude and skills required to operate in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
+ A conscientious approach with strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent client relationship management skills.
