This is a senior, strategic role where you'll work across Tech & Change to guide how we provision, manage, and evolve environments, with a strong focus on our Salesforce ecosystem and supporting Saas platforms.As a Environment and Release Manager, you will:
- Lead the definition and ongoing evolution of our environment and release strategy, aligned to business goals and tech transformation.
- Manage the use of production and non-production infrastructure, ensuring environments are ready, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Work with Delivery Leads, engineering teams, and platform owners to plan, test, and deliver releases with confidence.
- Oversee Salesforce org refreshes, pre-release updates, and environment alignment for accurate testing.
- Identify and adopt new tools, processes, and innovations to make our delivery pipeline faster, safer, and more efficient.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on environment and release risks, opportunities, and best practice.
Significant experience in environment/release management, ideally in a regulated or financial services setting. - Salesforce Certified Administrator with 3+ years hands-on admin experience.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms and related tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Smartcomm, Genesys).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional change.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
