**The opportunity**
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team at Caterpillar (N.I) situated in Larne. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within Large Electric Power (LEP) Product Group.
As part of the Large Electric Power Product Group, the Solutions Project Management team is the de-facto champion for each and every customer/dealer order, providing leadership to project team(s) in the planning and execution of all the activities required to deliver a successful project, on time, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction.
Central to the role is establishing and managing the relationship interfaces between the project team, our dealers, and their customers.
**What you will do**
As the Program Manager, you will focus on providing leadership to the project team(s) executing all the project activities related to the fiscal reporting, engineering, procurement, purchasing, logistics, quality, EHSS, site technical assistance and commissioning of LEP Solutions projects. You will seek to:
+ Understand the project technical and commercial requirements, local conditions, statutory requirements.
+ Develop project schedule, project costing, and manage document control
+ Collaborate with our dealers in managing customer change orders, facilitating the project team in making sound technical and commercial assessments and decisions.
+ Develop the risk identification and risk mitigation strategies, jointly working with team members and dealers on projects.
