What You'll Do
As a Director in the ERM team, you’ll lead global initiatives to assess and manage strategic and emerging risks. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across the firm to inform decision-making, evolve BCG’s risk capabilities and strengthen data-driven scenario planning. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
