We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales/Account Manager to lead and grow our clients software sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and deliver enterprise software solutions. Key Responsibilities
Grow and develop relationships with new customers.

The Technical Solutions Specialist provides technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process. He is responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders and Order Changes.
This position reports to the Manager Technical Solutions and is part of the Technical Solutions Team located in Warszawa in Poland and will be an on-site role.

+ Fluent in English
+ Proficient in the use of Outlook, SAP, Sales Force, MS Office computer applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Travel
+ Ability to travel occasionally within Europe (1 to 3 times per year)

Le spécialiste des solutions techniques apporte une expertise technique aux équipes commerciales, aux revendeurs et aux clients au cours du processus de vente. Il est responsable du développement et de l'utilisation d'un ensemble d'outils logiciels visant à améliorer la précision, l'exhaustivité et la rapidité des offres, des commandes et des modifications de commandes.
Ce poste est placé sous la responsabilité du directeur des solutions techniques et fait partie de l'équipe des solutions techniques située à Saint Germain en Laye en France.
Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de :
- Vous serez contacté(e) par les clients et discuterez de leurs besoins afin de fournir les recommandations sur la bonne solution et de communiquer efficacement les informations techniques aux clients, qu'ils soient techniques ou non.
- Vous serez chargé(e) d'étudier et d'analyser les demandes afin de comprendre le champ d'application, le produit à livrer et le calendrier du projet.
- Identifier la bonne technologie et le bon produit à offrir avec des solutions économiques.
- Effectuer les calculs appropriés pour faire le dimensionnement qui réponde aux exigences du client. Sélectionner l'équipement qui peut soutenir le process en accord avec le positionnement du produit préféré de Pall.
- Gérer l'exécution du projet en suivant le processus standard de Pall, en coordination avec le client, les fournisseurs et les départements internes.
Les exigences essentielles du poste sont les suivantes
- Licence minimum en chimie ou génie des procédés.
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans des projets sur les marchés de la Transition Energétique, Chimie, Raffinerie, et/ou Oil & Gaz.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'Outlook, de SAP, de Sales Force et des applications informatiques MS Office, notamment Word, Excel et Power Point.
Exigences en matière de déplacements :
- Capacité à voyager occasionnellement en Europe (1 à 3 fois par an)
Une expérience préalable dans les domaines suivants serait un plus :
- Expérience en support technique dans le domaine des procédés industriels ou de la filtration
- Maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne
