* Strong experience in sustainability within the fit-out or construction sector.
* Accreditation as a BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP, with a track record of delivering certifications.
* Demonstrated success in tendering, bid writing, and client pitching, with the confidence to influence at senior level.
* Solid understanding of Net Zero Carbon strategies and ESG principles in the built environment.
* Knowledge of additional frameworks (LEED, SKA, NABERS UK) is desirable.

We are working with a leading national infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead to drive forward its sustainability strategy across major highways and civil engineering projects.

You'll lead the implementation of sustainability goals across regional highways frameworks and work collaboratively with operational, commercial, and design teams to embed best practices across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
