- Handle customer and reseller support requests, logging activities and resolutions in detail.
- Plan and execute installations and deployments with developers and customers.
- Conduct formal product and component testing, and maintain records of custom implementations.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Formal qualifications related to IT infrastructure and the Windows environment

Desirable:
- A Levels in STEM subjects, or BTEC/IT-related qualification

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
Working knowledge of Linux system administration
