Join LSH Auto as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge luxury vehicles in a dynamic team environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to maintain and repair our exceptional lineup of Mercedes Benz vehicles in our dealership located in Solihull.
What We Offer:

- Competitive salary ranging from £0,700 to 5,000 OTE
- Full-time hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements
Your Role:
- Perform comprehensive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles as per manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
- Replace components, lubricants, and consumables while recording usage details.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
- Provide detailed documentation of repairs and service needs for customers.
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Willingness to pursue further training, particularly in electric vehicle technology.
