Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Mercedes Benz and other prestige vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
  • Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
  • Complete service and repair documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workshop and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Educate customers on vehicle health and required maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • NQF Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding of automotive systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Valid UK driving licence is essential.
  • Willingness to undergo additional training for electric vehicle technologies.
