About the Role:
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors to support a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality service to the clients, including property investors, developers, landlords, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial property
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documentation
- Conducting title checks and property searches
- Preparing Land Registry and Registers of Scotland applications
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Managing files from instruction to post-completion
