The Asset Manager will manage a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans from drawdown through to redemption.
This involves working with Credit Admin to ensure timely and accurate servicing of a portfolio of loans for institutional clients.
The Associate Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust processes, timely communication and compliance with industry regulations.
Duties:
- Overall you will be managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans where we act as Facility Agent and/or Security Agent.
- You will work closely with our legal team, reviewing finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.
- Creating financial models, diarising conditions subsequent, construction milestones and any other significant events, including the provision of borrower reporting, in-line with the relevant finance documents.
- Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.
- Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
- Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits, if required.
- Instructing valuations.

**About the Opportunity**
Our Commercial Graduate programme is 24 months long and offers the breadth of experience needed to work at the heart of the Real Estate industry.
