Our growing Human Resources team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support across a variety of functions.

As a Talent Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment campaigns, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities:

What you will do:

Candidate Experience & Recruitment Support

  • Post job ads across platforms, making sure they’re sharp, clear, and on-brand.
  • Leverage sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify talent and build pipelines across geographies.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across global time zones with accuracy and care.
  • Keep candidates informed, engaged, and supported from first conversation to offer, while keeping hiring teams on track and aligned.
  • Act as the go-to contact for candidates, ensuring every interaction feels polished, personal, and people-first.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork with precision.

  • Gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding journey.

Systems, Data & Process Management

  • Maintain recruitment documentation, templates, and SOPs so processes are consistent, efficient, and scalable.
  • Track and report on key recruitment and onboarding metrics, providing visibility into progress and performance.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Talent, and hiring managers to keep every step of the hiring process on track.
  • Act as the connector between candidates, hiring teams, and the wider People function to keep momentum and clarity across both recruitment and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships across global teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Continuous Improvement, Talent & Employer Brand Initiatives

  • Monitor and manage Glassdoor reviews, responding thoughtfully to feedback and helping showcase tmp as an employer of choice.
  • Support employee referral programs to further strengthen pipelines and engagement.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION:**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work the business in identifying, engaging and attracting talent internally and externally as well as providing a great candidate experience through the hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers and improve candidate attraction and experience, guiding hiring managers and candidates through a 'best in class' recruiting experience. This role is fully office based. Experience working in agency recruiting, to delivery metrics, and at pace, is a significant plus.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Deliver a timely and responsive end-to-end recruitment process for UK and Europe: creating hire briefs and job specs with managers for high volume or specialist roles; sourcing; benchmarking; interviewing; making offers; onboarding.

As Learning and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in fostering colleague growth and shaping our talent pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Learning - UK and the Talent Acquisition Manager - London, this dual-focused role involves implementing innovative learning initiatives across the UK and supporting recruitment efforts across London. This role is offered as maternity cover and will be a fixed-term contract.
**Key duties and responsibilities include**
**Talent Acquisition**
+ Post and manage job adverts on internal and external hiring platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
+ Assist in reviewing applications and conducting pre-screening and interviews through phone, video, or in-person formats, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
+ Maintain a library of template job advertisements and create adaptable job specifications for local hotel use.
+ Compile and present internal/external data (for example recruitment statistics) for UK hotels.
+ Research and share market data on compensation and reward packages.
+ Distribute TA-related content, including the weekly vacancy list
+ Oversee, support and ensure maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and usability.
+ Compile and maintain a recruitment photo library for social media posts to showcase Hyatt's employer brand.
+ Support and attend Career/Recruitment fairs, as applicable.
**Learning**
+ Support in the delivery of the UK Learning Strategy, offering colleagues opportunities to grow and develop every day.
+ Manage the administration of learning activities, including creating training materials, marketing the learning function, and communicating Learning Calendars and Updates.
+ Collaborate with third-party learning/training suppliers, schools, colleges, and universities to strengthen external relationships.
+ Support in delivering classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is impactful, interactive, and aligned with Hyatt's learning objectives.
Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, office hours, although you may need to work some evenings and weekends and particularly attend recruitment fairs, colleague social events, networking or college alumni events.
**About you**
You will ideally already have some experience of learning and recruitment in a hotel and enjoy it. You will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. With a talent for building strong relationships, you love supporting colleagues in reaching their full potential. Prior experience in training and assisting with recruitment processes is highly beneficial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role. A strong understanding of Officeprogrammessuch as Word, Excel and Power Point is essential for this role.
