Role Overview
This is a client-facing, commercial role focused on identifying and developing business opportunities across your market. As a Search Consultant, you’ll lead on new client engagement, nurture strategic relationships, and deliver high-quality search processes with pace, professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute a proactive business development plan, identifying and converting new commercial opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of validated prospects through research, networking, and outreach.
- Promote Neemar’s retained, interim and community-based solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Represent the Neemar Search proposition credibly in conversations, proposals, and pitches.

Client & Candidate Delivery
- Take detailed vacancy briefs to shape effective and realistic recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle from longlist to offer, acting as a trusted advisor throughout.
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with our pricing and compliance framework.
- Conduct structured follow-ups post-placement to ensure delivery satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Community Building & Brand Presence
- Build your own professional brand through thought leadership, content and sector visibility.
- Develop and nurture specialist candidate and client communities aligned to your market.
- Plan and participate in sector events, webinars and insight-led discussions.
