Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to a safe and clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational goals.
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail technology.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing retail demands.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience in the specified product category is advantageous.
