Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy within their successful and high profile Asset and Property Management division. Working on a portfolio across the South East of England, you will play a significant role in advising and assisting clients including blue-chip organisations, high net worth individual and public owned estates. Your new role 
As the Associate Asset and Property Manager you will take responsibility of a team leader and will manage and mentor junior team members. Your team will be responsible for providing asset and property management services across a multi-asset portfolio of office, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties in London and the South East. You will provide asset management advice to clients in order to enhance their portfolio which may include landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews and lease renewals. You will also oversee and monitor the service delivery of property management including rent arrears, credit control, service charge budgets and accounts. This is an excellent opportunity if you are an experienced Asset and Property Manager and are looking to take on additional management responsibility to progress your career. Training and coaching will be provided if you choose to become an APC mentor/councillor as part of your own progression. You may also support the partner with strategic projects such as improving processes and procedures, providing an opportunity to shape the future path of the business.
What you'll need to succeed 
In order to be successful for this role you should ideally be an MRICS Surveyor and have a proven track record working with commercial property. A strong background in Asset and Property Management is required including landlord and tenant legislation and ability to prepare service charge budgets. A driving licence and vehicle is required for the role.

Purpose statement
To administrate BAT's Strategic Asset Management from new order creation as well as the movement of cascaded machinery, throughout the BAT Group through to controlled destruction ensuring that import/export procedures are fully applied to meet business needs of the Donor and Recipient companies and compliance with Group Audit Best Practices.
To handle the BAT Group Strategic Asset Register on SAP so that it is current and accurate.
To act as subject matter expert for the Manufacturing team and wider community of partners for matters related to management of the Group's strategic assets

- Number of Suppliers – 30 including the Major Tobacco Industry Suppliers
 - Approximately 50 wholly owned BAT Operating Companies and Associates and Joint Ventures
 - Processing MC orders supporting capital expenditure to the value of £300mn per annum

Principal accountabilities
- Lead BAT Group Strategic Asset Register, Equipment Master-data accuracy and Data Quality Compliance and Strategic Asset Report development and improvement
 - Handle Trading Accounts for the asset related transactions of the Manufacturing Department.
 - Provide accurate information to assist internal and external audit of the Group Strategic Asset Management and disposal processes
 - Ensure timely reimbursement of payments owed by the OEMs to BAT (usually £5 - 0mn per year) through proper regular reconciliation with GBS and Ops Finance team
 - Handle long-term Supplier Relations and actively promote a positive and pro-active support, working closely with Global Technology Managers and Procurement Team
 - Handle and act as subject matter authority for the in-house systems like SAP, flow system etc to support factories need.
 - Equipment and processes for Asset Lifecycle from acquisition, cascade through to disposal.
 - Act as a specialist resource to extract SAP information for the Manufacturing team for IWS and maintenance development for standard methodologies within BAT.
 - Facilitate the bi-weekly Global Manufacturing Departmental, agenda, minutes & reviews.
 - Complete adherence / SOX compliance and governance
 - Continuous improvement in Assets Reporting, POs and CM number tracking and document control and factory flow system.
 
Additional information
I. Context/Environment
The Manufacturing department acts on behalf of BAT's Global Operations leading Strategic Machinery, Capital Investment Projects and service supplies to the Group and Joint Venture Partners. This activity involves a continuous dialogue with a multi-supplier base.
As Governments, Central Banks and in many instances Independent Inspection Companies (employed by the recipient country's Government Authorities) impose increased regulations, great care and accurate knowledge has to be applied to guarantee strict compliance of contracts whilst ensuring that BAT needs are met when ordering or moving Capital Equipment around the world.
II. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Detailed understanding of Supplier's supply chain activities, key costs and business drivers and ability to interpret information from many various sources.
 - Detailed knowledge of the supplier market, supplier capabilities and the competitive pressures on these limited resources.
 - Complete awareness of Financial Status of suppliers and Risk Assessment of suppliers to protect BAT's financial exposure.
 - High degree of International Business Practise knowledge covering Import and Export best practises, Fiscal procedures and local and governmental regulations which vary from country to country.
 - Knowledge of BAT's Operating Companies including Financial Management, Operations Management, their Company Plan and ongoing needs.
 - Professional knowledge of Commercial aspects and shipping procedures.
 - To be able to act as an intermediary to resolve problems between various parties to maintain BAT's global business integrity and reputation in a growing sensitive environment.

Aviation Asset Management (AAM) sits within the Global Aviation Finance Office (GAFO), and is part of Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division for EMEA (GCIB).

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing Aviation Asset Management team, working with GAFO clients and AAM suppliers.
The main purpose of the role is:
+ To operate as a member of the Aviation Asset Management team, assisting in the delivery of a variety of world class subject matter expert services to the GAFO platform, over the lifecycle of the loan term for a broad variety of commercial aircraft transactions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Act as first point of contact for AAM queries (internal and external)
+ Create and update an open items lists for each region, projects and tasks
+ In conjunction with the Head of Aviation Asset Management and wider team, create and maintain internal processes, procedures and industry best practices for AAM
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within MUFG - both regionally and globally
+ Support AAM in the provision of services across the GAFO platform related to new business, existing business, work-out cases and expiring loans (i.e. the lifecycle of the loan)
+ Represent Aviation Asset Management at both internal and external meetings / conferences creating and delivering presentations as required
+ In conjunction with the Head of Aviation Asset Management, maintain a close relationship with customers, manufacturers, service providers and suppliers

Our Water team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Asset Management to lead and grow our established Asset Management services across the UK and Ireland.
As clients increasingly adopt asset management frameworks and analytical approaches (including optimisation, resilience, and systems thinking) to guide the design, operation, and maintenance of water infrastructure, AECOM is committed to being at the forefront of this evolution. By engaging early in our clients' delivery chain, we provide value-driven, whole-life services through our multidisciplinary teams.
This is a pivotal leadership role within our UK & Ireland Water business, responsible for driving growth in service capability, client relationships, team development, and commercial performance. You'll be a key strategic figure, shaping the future of asset management for the water sector and contributing to our global community of asset management practitioners.
_Here's what you'll do:_
**Develop and lead Asset Management strategy** across key service areas, leveraging expertise in condition assessment, rehabilitation, system dynamics, optimisation, data analytics, urban drainage, and water quality.
**Build and maintain trusted client relationships** , serving as a senior point of contact for asset management services.
**Grow a robust pipeline** of asset management work, enabling the development of team capability and capacity in line with business demand.
**Drive strong commercial outcomes** , with a focus on delivering higher-than-average margins and increasing year-on-year revenue.
**Personally deliver strategic advisory services** and provide oversight to project teams as Project Director.
**Champion innovation and digital solutions** , including forming partnerships with software providers and niche consultancies.
**Foster a connected and collaborative asset management team** across multiple locations and disciplines, supporting both client delivery and professional development.
**Leverage synergies with AECOM's wider services** , enabling integration of engineering, environmental, and commercial expertise into client programmes.

You are an established professional in the regulation, strategic, or tactical asset management space, with a strong profile in the UK and / or Ireland water utility sector. You bring a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that meet client and societal needs.
+ A recognised track record in strategic or tactical asset management within consulting and/or client organisations.
+ Demonstrated experience in business development and/or technical excellence.
+ A strong appetite for shaping and growing a business area, with the support of a committed leadership team.
+ Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams toward common goals.
+ A history of successful bidding and development of long-term, trusted client relationships.

This is a fast-growing area offering many opportunities building upon a global capability in Asset Management where we provide:
- Driving improved performance of assets and our clients’ overall businesses through Operating Model Design and Business Transformation

What will you be doing?
We are seeking Assistant Managers to perform a critical role contributing to client delivery, supporting business development and helping our team to grow and develop. Key areas you will contribute to the team include:
 
Project Delivery
- Creative problem solving, working with colleagues and clients at all seniority levels from day 1
 - Produce client ready deliverables (professional slides, documents or spreadsheets) that exceed expectations and help land key messages – our value doesn’t come from documents alone, but they are the artefacts we leave our clients with
 - Take ownership of workstreams within engagements and/or contribute to larger workstreams, working closely with workstream leads
 - Effective communication and collaboration with clients whilst working on engagements and act as an ‘ambassador’ for KPMG
 
 
Team Contribution
- Contribute to the development of the team and foster a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team culture
 - Support team leaders with growing our business through production of proposals and responses to bids, and delivering well with clients to build a trusted reputation
 
 
 
What will you need to do it?

You'll be a Senior Manager in their Tech Transformation practice, which means you're not just delivering projects – you're building the business. - Proven WAM consulting background – you've worked in this space and understand it deeply
