What you need

• Holding the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH is essential.
• A keen eye for detail.
• The ability to make the complex simple – communication is key!
• A passion for safety (because let’s face it, we like keeping people alive).
• Full UK driving license – you’ll be driving around in a swanky company vehicle to do your thing!
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

What We’re Looking For

We want to connect with Supply Chain Analysts who demonstrate expertise in a broad range of core skills and experience, including but not limited to:

• University degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, life sciences, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and supply chain systems (e.g., Veeva, MRP tools).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Understanding of supply chain terminology and practices, especially in clinical or GMP environments.
• Self-motivated with good time management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in managing inventory, documentation, or supporting clinical studies is a plus.

What You Might Be Doing

As a Supply Chain Analyst at GSK, you could get involved with:

• Supporting pre-production and supply chain activities to ensuring timely and accurate delivering of materials.
• Monitoring and managing temperature excursions and inventory movements across the supply network.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including packaging, logistics, clinical interface, and quality assurance.
• Maintaining and updating supply chain documentation and systems to ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Participating in audits and monitoring activities to upholding quality and regulatory standards.
