Job Description
Founding Engineer - £100k - Remote, AI + Equity
What if your next role let you rewrite the rules of mobile connectivity—without ever touching legacy code?
We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to join a remote-first team (Europe-based) that’s building the future of mobile carriers from the ground up. This isn’t about patching up old systems or working around outdated infrastructure. It’s about creating a sleek, user-first mobile experience that makes traditional telecoms look like dial-up.
You’ll be leading the development of a cross-platform app, built with a clean, scalable architecture and a product that’s already live and growing fast. You’ll be hands-on with everything from UI polish to performance tuning, and you’ll have a strong voice in architectural decisions, tooling, and release strategy.
The team is small, sharp, and fully remote. Everyone here codes, cares, and collaborates. We move fast, iterate constantly, and keep meetings to a minimum. You’ll be trusted to lead features end-to-end, mentor other devs, and help scale the app as it expands across Europe. You’ll work closely with product and design to ship experiences that feel effortless but are anything but simple under the hood.
This isn’t just another app job. It’s a chance to help build the future of mobile from the ground up. The mission is to make connectivity as seamless and modern as the apps we use every day—and the team is backed by experienced founders and operators who know how to build and scale consumer tech.
If you’ve built and shipped Flutter apps at scale, and you’re excited by the idea of disrupting an entire industry with elegant code and bold ideas, we’d love to talk.
Apply now or reach out if you want to chat more about the role.
Venchr is an equal-opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, colour, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
