Health Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing solutions. We work with organisations across a wide range of industries to support the physical and mental health of their employees.


Health Partners have an exciting in-house programme for Occupational Health Physicians who hold the Diploma but have little or no experience practicing as an OHP.

Key Responsibilities

The Doctors in Development programme is designed to be flexible, accommodating to your unique learning pace and ensuring that by the end of the training period, you are well-equipped to handle the demands of an OHP role.


The training programme will be a mix of virtual training sessions delivered by our Medical Education team, alongside a graduated induction to clinical case management.


This is a fantastic opportunity as you will have access to continual learning and development through breakfast briefings, journal club and a specially curated mentoring programme that will give you the opportunity to gain further qualifications with a UK leading provider of Occupational Health services.


What we are looking for

We are looking to recruit Doctors who hold a Diploma in Occupational Medicine and have 3 years experience following full GMC registration.


Hours

You are required to work a minimum of 3 days a week (22.5 hours)


Location

Homebased (UK only)
