An exciting opportunity has been made available for a proven commercially astute individual to join our growing Under Armour commercial sales team. This role is a standout position to work within our UKI Key account team, based in the UK.
This role has been newly defined to be more strategic and has a huge scope for the right individual to make a real impact for the UA business, but also their own personal development and career.
**Your Impact**
We are looking for a person with a proven track record in Top tier Account Management to provide strong sales experience, ideally within the Sports Industry. You will have a lead role in working cross functionally with UA product, merchandising, marketing, operations, and planning teams, as well as managing multiple account buyers and merchandisers. Your responsibility will be to strategically manage and drive sustainable, yet ambitious, revenue growth within a specified UKI Key Account cluster, placing the consumer at the centre of everything we execute against. You will be open minded, self-motivated and a team player with excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management looking for the next challenge within your commercial career.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the following:
+ Responsible for managing the business relationship for all categories across a defined group of UKI accounts.
+ Responsible for creating, updating and delivering a category specific strategic account plan, ensuring that Under Armour is positioned to deliver growth aligned to the strategy.
+ Oversee end-to-end sales process (e.g., sell-in, sell-out, assortment selection, excellent in-season orderbook management and identify additional stock opportunities / replenishment)
+ Build strong relationships within each customer to strengthen existing partnerships and deliver first class service level
+ Understand and articulate sell through data throughout the season
+ Support internal product teams to help inform and drive strategy and future opportunities
+ Pro-actively communicate business results to line manager and overcome barriers to achieve objectives
+ Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products and seasonal sales performance throughout the GTM sales process
+ Understand the intersection between Under Armour and our target consumer within the cluster to optimize brand positioning in the market
+ Understand Under Armour overall - business unit and category objectives and strategies
+ Understand and apply the Under Armour segmentation and differentiation policy
+ Develop assortment proposals to deliver against the distribution objectives/development of destination categories
+ Strong knowledge and passion of the Sport and the Sports Industry (customer profiles, competitors and market trends)
+ Work closely together with Account Customer Service team to ensure orders and delivery of products
+ Establish and maintain a strong internal communication and relationship with the line Managers and X-functions
