Role Summary:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing medium to large customer accounts ensuring the highest levels of customer service for Key DX customers. Proactively engaging with customers to identify possible issues or upcoming increases in volume whilst driving through additional revenue through growth.

Have you a background in drainage / plumbing or similar and are looking for a role where you use your client relationship skills to develop strong associations with our Clients business, offering a service that is second to none and building trust and correlation that increases income for the company?  This is a fab role with no cold calling just looking after the Clients that are already customers making sure that you retain their business producing quotes on retained business and any other new business that may be required.  You will be speaking with Facilities Managers / Builders and retail chains who already subscribe to the services from my Client. 
This is an office based role with flexibility to be part hybrid when out visiting clients but the rest of the time is in the office based in West Essex.  Basic Salary of 40k with unlimited earning potential with salaries of 66 - 80k plus already being reached by other Key Account Managers already working there.

As a Key  Account Manager , you'll be the face of the company—building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing projects from initial survey through to completion.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
