We're currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Technician to support our client's expanding technical department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily compliance checks across the site
- Inspect and assess products at all stages of production
- Identify and report quality issues to the line manager
- Examine raw materials for consistency and integrity
- Monitor shelf-life testing, record data, and report any failures
- Complete and review production paperwork
- Maintain retention samples
- Calibrate probes as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role
- Background in food manufacturing
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for defects
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Basic IT proficiency
- Confidence and a willingness to learn
Working Hours:

They are looking for a confident and articulate QA Assistant to join their busy Quality department. The main responsibility of the role is to help ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of the company's portfolio of healthcare products and all new product launches.
Key Duties of the role include:
- Reviewing product artwork for UK/EU compliance.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product and process quality.
