This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of food innovation. As an R&D-Scientific and Regulatory Intern, you'll work alongside experienced food scientists, chemists, chemical engineers, contributing to the creation and improvement of some of the world's most beloved snack brands. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures that finished products for EU and UK markets are compliant with European legislations, local legislations, company policies, and are marketed in responsible, fair and honest matter.
+ Helps in review & approval of commercial advertising, consumer and trade press releases, websites, and social media to ensure they comply with Food Labelling Regulation.
+ Helps to devise legal names and to validate claims on new product development.

A new instruction for a temporary Lab Assistant based within the Quality Control Team of a superb employer in Folkestone, specialising in the manufacture of fast moving consumer goods.
The role entails working across both Quality Control and Microbiology.
We are ideally looking for individuals with previous factory or lab experience and ideally a chemistry or science related degree or qualification.
Please note the role is also open to school leavers with an A Level qualification in a science related subject looking for a first role in a lab based environment (although some previous lab experience is preferred).
