The role:
-The overall responsibility of ensuring optimum achievement of operational targets, in the most cost effective manner, consistent with safe operating practices.

We are delighted to be exclusively supporting a long-standing client with the launch of a new facility based in Manchester. After continued investment and expansion over the last few years, this new facility represents another milestone.
The new post QC Manager will ultimately be responsible for a small QC team and laboratory, ensuring safety and timely product release as part of an in-process manufacturing set up. However, given that this is a new set up, the initial focus will be based around set up. Therefore, the QC Manager will be instrumental in equipment selection, QMS implementation and creating SOPs.
Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for a QC Manager that wants to take on a broad set of responsibilities that keeps them in the laboratory environment but with a real level of critical influence in the success of the site.
