**Implant & Lab Sales Specialist - North**
Responsible for selling Dentsply Sirona dental implants and their digital implant workflows to help new and existing customers grow their business.
The successful candidate will have an existing knowledge of dental implants and will be passionate about collaborating with colleagues and dental practice teams to make people smile.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate - you must live in the following area: CA, DH, DL, HG, IM, LA, NE, SR, TS
**Key responsibilities:**
+ To be the Dentsply Sirona implant and implant workflow specialist for Dentsply Sirona, providing technical knowledge (both face to face and virtually) to our customer
+ Develop, deploy and maintain account plans that align Dentsply Sirona and customer objectives to mutual benefit.
+ Develops new business (existing and competitor) in collaboration with other sales team members to sell implants and their workflows.
+ Able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the workflows for mutual success.
+ To embed new and existing workflows to new and existing customers
+ Work with Sales and Marketing teams where necessary on how to deliver the best education programmes to customers
+ At the forefront of trends in implants, constructively reporting to relevant stakeholders
+ Record all customer interactions and information in Salesforce.com.
+ Complete routine administration tasks on time and accurately e.g. Salesforce.com leads & opportunities etc, expenses, attend to emails, ongoing learning and development (not exhaustive)
**Who you are:**
+ A background knowledge of dental implants is preferred
+ Sales experience advantageous
+ Competitive nature with a drive for results
+ Professional with ability to network and build appropriate relationships with people

**Laboratory Equipment Services Sales Specialist**
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Services Sales Specialist focusing on Lab Equipment in the UK, Ireland, and Nordic region. This equipment portfolio consists of Centrifuges, Cold Storage, CO2 Incubators and Biosafety cabinets amongst other products. You will primarily focus on services such as preventative maintenance, installations, and compliance services. Remote position with approximately 15% Travel including some overnight stays.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base and enter new markets, using market insights and consumer trends.
+ Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs to propose tailored service solutions and support contract renewals.
+ Lead sales negotiations with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both company objectives and client requirements.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Instrument Sales, Product Management, and Field Service teams to align service offerings with client expectations, delivering outstanding customer happiness.
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contract terms, and renewal timelines using CRM systems for efficient management.
+ Coordinate effectively between the remote Customer Care Team, Channel Sales Teams, and Customers.
+ Lead tenders, including crafting quotations, gaining approval, submitting, and tracking win/loss.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Life Sciences.
+ Minimum of 5 years of selling and account relationship management experience with a major company.
+ Proven record of successful contract management and sales achievement, with a keen focus on customer happiness.
+ Demonstrable ability to work with intensity and reliability in a remote role.
+ Experience and knowledge of scientific equipment markets is an advantage.
+ Experience with CRM/ERP systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce.com and SAP experience.

  • Utilising industry platforms such as Contract Laboratory and Scientist dot com to identify leads and potential customers.
  • Selling a range of lab services including but not limited to Gene Sequencing and PCR to businesses involved with drug discovery.
  • Building lasting long-term relationships with a variety of Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies including pharmaceutical manufacturers, clinical trials companies working on behalf of the manufacturers, contract research organisations, universities, commercial companies and governmental organisations.
  • Feeding back market intelligence to the business.
  • Understanding clients’ pain points and providing solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
  • li>Completing lab tours with prospective clients showcasing my client capabilities.

About You

The successful candidate will have a passion for developing business in the biotechnology / pharmaceuticals sector and be keen to establish new relationships with potential clients.

You must hold a Bachelor's, Master or PhD within a bioscience discipline, coupled with 7+ years’ sales experience, ideally offering lab services to prospected customer.  Any experience selling into the biotechnology or pharmaceuticals sector for drug discovery applications would be a distinct advantage.

Candidates must have an excellent work ethic and the ability to operate autonomously, along with a desire to work in a customer-facing sales role.

    An enthusiastic and professional communicator.
  • Be proactive and offer ideas and solutions to problems.
  • Target focussed.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to learn.
