Job Description
I’m working on a rare opportunity with a reputed Contentious Construction Partner at a leading US firm ; it’s the first time in years they’ve come to market, and they’re actively looking to hire a junior to mid-level associate.
Unlike many firms that silo arbitration and litigation, this teams offers a fully integrated and global disputes practice , handling some of the most complex, high-value and cross-border construction cases. The team is particularly recognised for construction arbitration (L500 and Chambers ranked), so you can expect high-level exposure in disputes arising from energy, infrastructure, and minin g projects, as well as strategic pre-dispute advisory work for contractors and developers, energy companies and public authorities.
Aside from access to top-quality work and US compensation, associates are given significant responsibility early on with opportunities to lead workstreams and engage directly with clients, supporting faster progression.
Requirements:
- between two to four years of post-qualified experience at a top-ranked construction practice
- preference for UK Qualified Associates
- construction arbitration experience is required, but exposure in construction litigation is also encouraged
