Job Title: Land Director

About the Role:
Pro Staff Construction are working with a leading housebuilder who is looking to appoint a Land Director to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven land professional to take on a senior role with genuine influence and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, negotiate, and secure land opportunities across West Midlands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Housing Associations, Land Agents, and key stakeholders.
• Drive forward land acquisition strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
• Oversee the full land process from identification through to acquisition.
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver successful developments.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong track record in land acquisition within residential development.
• Established network with Housing Associations and Land Agents.
• Target-driven with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Based in or around West Midlands.
