The Resourced Base Provision will cater for children of primary age (4-11), initially accommodating a maximum of 15 children across the two bases, with anticipated growth up to a maximum of 35 children over the next three years.
The post holder will be required to:
- Support pupils in the Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) Base, working under the guidance of the Base
- Manager to implement pupils' Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and deliver targeted educational interventions.
- Assist with teaching and learning activities, following EHCPs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support individual or small groups of children with physical, emotional, and educational development.
- Provide behavioural and learning support to pupils with special educational needs.
- Implement focused educational activities and work independently when needed.
- Clarify instructions and adapt strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and inclusion of children with special needs.
- Monitor and report pupils' progress to the Base Manager, maintaining required records.
- Collaborate with staff to plan and deliver Speech and Language programs.

**Issuer Services** cover the Primary market activity as Agent issuing Debt securities and Common Depository managing lifecycle events for Eurobonds, Global Bonds and Euro and Medium Term Note Programmes. Roles include bond issuance, safekeeping, record keeping and lifecycle event management. The team also cover MUFG Issued Notes and SPV's.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The Issuer Services team is in a pivotal position within MUFG Bank London and MUFG Securities EMEA covering a wide range of key primary market roles such as Agent, WHT Agent, Registrar, Common Depository as well as covering all operational aspects of MUFG's Note issuance and SPV programmes.
The main purpose of the role is to support the Issuer Services team in the processing and reviewing of all new issues and subsequent lifecycle events including Interest Rate calculations, Interest payments, Conversions and Redemptions. The team also work closely with the Issuance business based in Tokyo who are centre point for the Bank's Japanese customers.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The main roles and responsibilities of the department and this role are:
+ Common Depository - Administration and Safekeeping of the Global Bonds.
+ Timely processing of Interest Letters and Payments.
+ Timely processing of New Issue Closing process.
+ Producing periodical reporting as required and within agreed timelines.
+ Vault maintenance.
+ Compiling evidence when requested by the SI team.
+ Bond Agency - cross training and assisting with new issue / programme and transaction management for Euro Bond issues whereby MUFG have been appointed as Agent up to and including, signing and closing, by liaising with external parties including the issuer, lead managers, lawyers, and ICSD's.
+ Principal Paying Agent - Ensuring safe settlement of funds.
+ Calculation Agent - Calculating interest rates for FRN bonds.
+ Issuing Agent - Liaising with Euroclear and external dealers to set up ISIN's for new bonds.
+ Taxation Agent - Ensuing correct amounts are submitted to Tax Office on the Issuers behalf.
+ Conversion Agent - Instruct the execution of conversions and exchanges to the local CSD's.
+ MUFG Programme management and SPV Issuance programmes - day to day administration of the issuance of own notes including Calculation Agent, Corporate Action events & safe settlement of funds to the PPA and RM for external stakeholders.
+ Strict adherence to CASS ensuring all CASS related procedures are documented and up-to-date.
Supervisory Duties include:
+ Supervising team members and joining 1-2-1's with the team line manager.
+ Co-ordinating query management for the team ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner.
+ Diary Management (TMS).
+ Payment checking and releasing.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**

- Design complex data collections with human participants in response to science needs: author instructions, define and implement quality targets and mechanisms, provide day-to-day coordination of data collection efforts (including planning, scheduling, and reporting), and be responsible for the final deliverables
- Design and conduct complex data creation tasks using synthetic and model-based data generation methods, following state-of-the-art approaches
- Analyze and extract insights from large amounts of data
