This is an exciting time to be joining a newly formed division within the Saint-Gobain group; Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES, bringing together our Kilwaughter and Weber brands).
We're looking for a Customer Service Large Projects Executive to join our team, supporting the delivery of key projects that are designed to prove exceptional customer experience - this can be anything from pre-order discussions through to project completion.
You will be working closely with our Customer Service Projects Manager, assisting with project planning, entering orders, purchasing factored goods as well as helping coordinate resources to meet our objectives efficiently.
This is a full-time permanent role based out of our office in Flitwick - we work on a hybrid schedule.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in working in a customer facing role
- Possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to be multi-task and be organised
- Proficient in S&OP systems
- SAP & Salesforce experience would be desirable, but not essential
What you will be doing:
- Assisting in planning, implementing and monitoring of assigned projects, helping to keep them on track, within scope and within budget
- Provide excellent customer service, with an aim for first call resolution for any potential issues
- Collaborating with other teams within the business, sharing information and supporting collaboration to ensure successful project delivery
- Reviewing of all large projects ensuring supply can be met in line with product and delivery lead times, ordering in factored goods as required

**Role and responsibilities**
+ Identify sales opportunities and see through to purchase
+ Collaborate with Tender & Bid Manager, Western Europe Special Clinics Lead and EMEA Special Clinicals team to identify, win and execute large tender bids throughout UK&I
+ Develop bespoke national and regional level workflow implementation strategies including all relevant stakeholders
+ Demonstrate, coordinate and coach (or facilitate the demonstration, coordination and coaching) of product and workflow solutions to support clinicians in the effective use of DS Connected Technology Solutions (CTS) workflow
+ Collaborate with Special Markets team on the delivery of commercial activities
+ Collaborate closely with the wider DS team on the execution and utilization of workflows and products in practices
+ Clearly communicate the benefits of CTS portfolio to customer team members at all levels
+ Uncover additional workflow needs and position relevant workflow solutions
+ Prioritise and manage educational opportunities across the country

+ Manage resolution of complaints which have mutual outcomes.

**Who are we looking for**
+ Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Deep workflow knowledge and proven success in the Implant Workflow sales, with the ability to translate technical solutions into customer value at all levels.
