A renowned law firm based in Nottingham urgently seeks a Receptionist/Administrator to join their national client services and reception team to deliver excellent reception and administrative services. This Receptionist/ Administrator role starts ASAP and is initially a temporary role but with the view to becoming a permanent position after the initial period of temping. We are looking for candidates who want to commit to a permanent position. This role will start in September.
The temporary assignment will last about 5-6 weeks and pay £13.68 per hour (£2.21+ .47 holiday pay). The permanent role will pay 5,150 annually.
The working hours for this Receptionist/ Admin role are 37.5 hours per week. Preferable background: Hotels, Airlines, Spa/Golf Clubs, other Law Firms, or any credible office background.
Receptionist/ Administrator duties:
· Keeping the reception area smart and tidy
· To man the company's reception switchboard
· Answering the phone to the company standard, transferring the call, and taking messages
· To greet all clients on arrival and assist them in a courteous & helpful manner
· Manage the Reception Outlook diary
· To assist the marketing team with in-house events
· Order all lunches, breakfasts & dinners when required
· Ordering all stock and completing monthly stocktake
· Coding and reconciling all invoices
· To work alongside other teams and provide support when needed at the respective office(s)
· Monitor and maintain all internal meeting rooms to a high standard
· Setting up conference calls
· Assist with all travel/hotel bookings for internal clients
-Facilities support; dealing with and distributing the post, and filing documents.
