Requirements

Our client is looking for a skilled mid-level Commercial/Technology Lawyer to join their dynamic European legal team based in London. Reporting to the Head of the Legal Transactions Team, this role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex technology transactions across both the public and private sectors.
You will advise on matters including outsourcing, systems development, cloud computing, software licensing, and large-scale hardware procurement.

Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Residential Property Development Lawyers
Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim real estate lawyers who specialise in residential development transactions to provide additional resource support to our in-house clients and the Eversheds Sutherland Real Estate Practice Group
What you should have:
- At least 5+ years PQE.
- Good experience of acting for national housebuilders, land promoters, developers and landowners on residential development and residential investment projects.
- Experience conducting due diligence on residential land acquisitions.
- Experience negotiating a wide range of legal documentation including sale contracts conditional on planning, promotion and option agreements, collaboration agreements and development agreements.
- Experience providing strategic legal advice on overcoming title issues, including liaising with landowners’ solicitors and insurers to secure indemnity policies.
- Ability to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including landowners, surveyors, and planning authorities, to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Knowledge of the UK living sector with experience of the build to rent and affordable housing market would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
