An organisation in the healthcare sector is looking for a Lead Analyst / Data Manager to centralise and own their data strategy. Following significant investment in new systems and data cleansing, this is a newly created role where you’ll shape reporting, governance, and analytics from the ground up.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and centralise data management across the organisation
- Lead on GDPR compliance, governance, and best practices
- Build BI reporting dashboards (Power BI or similar) to track KPIs and business performance
- Deliver customer and membership analytics to inform retention and engagement strategies
- Support ongoing CRM and data transformation projects
- Act as the go-to person for data across business and technical teams
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (Required)
- 3–4 years’ experience in analytics, BI, or data management
