We are looking for a Designer who wants to be a Lead Designer / Creative Lead, who wants to join a high energy, all action Content & Marketing team, who work across health, leisure and fitness.
You'll be the Lead Designer in a team of 2 and while prior experience in a Lead role isn't a must have you must be able to show what you can bring to the role.
The responsibilities are split into 2 main parts:
- Leadership, mentorship, guidance, development & progression of another Designer.
