**What is the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)?**
FLDP is a globally recognized graduate finance talent development program within Johnson & Johnson. You will immerse yourself and rotate through the various finance disciplines in hotels including; accounts payable, income auditor, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, financial planning & analysis, and more.

Room Operations in hotels exist out of; Front Desk, Guest Experience, Concierge Services, but also Housekeeping. You'll spend most of your time in Front of House/the Front Desk - but we do find it incredibly important that you also understand the importance of the strong relationship between Front of House and Housekeeping. That means you will spend time with the Housekeeping department to build a strong foundation of leadership and full Room Operations understanding. Remember, Rooms is where most of the money is made in hotels! So building on this experience will be incredibly valuable for a future hotel leadership role.

Food & Beverage is a very dynamic department and you'll be up on your feet a lot! Our Food & Beverage services very per hotel and would typically involve you rotating across the restaurant(s), lounge, bar, and we do like for you to spend some time in event operations as well.
