**A Day in the Life**

Medtronic is seeking an E-learning Specialist to collaborate with the WeCare EMEA Training Team in designing and managing training content for the WeCare team within Medtronic Diabetes.This role focuses on creating dynamic e-learning courses based on adult learning principles, ensuring accurate training assignments based on job roles, and working cross-functionally to support training compliance and performance metrics.



This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.



**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**


Design and develop interactive eLearning and blended learning solutions based on adult learning principles, including storyboarding and course authoring.
Ensure content meets quality standards, assess effectiveness with metrics, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with e-learning specialists to create top-tier digital learning experiences, incorporating industry trends and bitesize learning.
Manage the LCMS, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible.
Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatricku2019s Level 1 & 2 to align with business objectives.
Monitor and report weekly training KPIs to leadership advising on training assignments to ensure compliance with performance targets.



**Required knowledge and experience**


Minimum of 3u20135 years of experience in eLearning content creation and instructional design, with a focus on adult learning principles.
Proficient in Articulate Storyline 360 and experienced in blended learning and using LMS/LCMS (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand).
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful eLearning solutions, with measurable outcomes and effective content evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatricku2019s Level 1 & 2).
Experience managing a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring organized and up-to-date training content.
Relevant certifications in instructional design or e-learning (e.g. Articulate Master Class or TAP Certification).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach in dynamic environments with proven track record of demonstrating training impact through KPIs and feedback.
